Shipping & Returns


  • Once your order has been placed and processed, shipping usually occurs within one working day, so you can expect to receive your food within a further 5-7 days.
  • Details regarding tracking your order can be viewed in the “Delivery” section or on the Australia Post website.
  • Your shipping address can be your street address or a PO box address.
  • Please note LifeWise can only deliver within Australia and cannot ship to an international address.
  • If you are not home when your goods are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card with details for your collection from your local Post Office, unless of course you specify a Safe Drop location.


At LifeWise we recognise that not all dogs like all taste sensations, or that not all deliveries make it through the system unscathed. So, if you or your dog is unhappy about the taste or quality of the food, simply return the bag using the following guide and receive a full refund:

  • The unused portion of the food is at least 50% or more of the original contents.
  • The food is in the original packaging.
  • The food is returned with your receipt showing proof of purchase.
  • The food is still within the “best before” date shown on the reverse of the bag.

Returned food should be securely packaged and posted to:

On receipt of returned food LifeWise will either refund your purchase in full or replace the product, whichever you would prefer. Unfortunately, LifeWise can not accept goods that are returned COD; all shipping costs associated with the return of the food must be prepaid.
